We are two girls born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, friends from high school with a love of all things DIY. We will be attempting any and all of the fantastic projects we stumble upon with hardly any skills and a limited budget. Hello Nerds and fellow DIY-ers, My name is Lauren, I am 21 years old and the Co-Creator of Whole Lotta Sparkles! I am an aspiring makeup/special effects artist, tattoo enthusiast and lover of all things DIY. I am in love with makeup and special effects and am obsessed with the TV show Face Off. I hope to spend 2014 studying to become a professional makeup artist. I love vintage clothes and thrift shopping, I've seen pride and prejudice far to many times to count and I have far to great a love for leopard print and fluro pink. I love my crazy friends and unconventional family and hope you'll love this blog as much as I am coming to.

Hello All! At twenty years of age, I am a Librarian-In-Training who is incredibly enthusiastic about Doctor Who, Star Wars, Harry Potter and other things of such persuasion. As well as being a tea fanatic, I suffer from an intense addiction to mangoes and have way too many photography apps on my phone. Most of my projects will involve my current pop culture obsessions (which change more often than I'd like to count). I enjoy finding the beauty in ordinary things.
